A creativity midwife and muse when you need one…

I wanted to tell you how fabulous your creativity coaching is. You really have a gift for presenting Jill Badonsky’s ideas in a way that is intellectually engaging without explaining away the mystery. I found the experience transformative. When we started I still felt like I was pretending or posing as a Healing Touch practitioner. You helped me see that it could really happen. And things have kind of started hopping with new clients. Plus, this past weekend I gave a talk on Healing Touch at a local church. Public speaking is not my comfort zone, but it made me feel like a real-live ht practitioner. So, many, many thanks for your excellent coaching!

...is a poet with an MFA in Creative Writing, a Master Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach and Muse Workshop facilitator, a certified Qoya dance teacher.

...teaches techniques to ground ourselves and locate truth in the wisdom of the body, the importance of play and the power of art.

Before I started sessions with Sarah, I hated writing and was making no progress on my novel. I knew it didn’t have to be that way, but I didn’t know the way out. Other programs weren’t helping me. Sarah knows things about creativity I have always wanted to know but never knew where to find it. After working with Sarah for five sessions, a part of me has really opened up. I can tell there will be some things to work through that I’ve avoided in the past. I trust Sarah and the process so much more. The techniques she uses are all really helpful, especially guided visualizations. She understands, and that’s so rare. – Nicole D.
